There are many different factors that must be taken into account when it comes to determining which of the many devices on the market is the best electronic cigarette to buy.  Most of them are made in very similar ways, although you will notice significant differences with just one or two of the brands.  The question is whether these differences are good or bad. 

While the technology for the electronic cigarette is fairly new, the few brand names that differ from the majority of the other brands have likely learned something and advanced beyond the very first model through innovation. 

The basic technology for all electronic cigarettes involves air moving through a tube that holds a pad that’s wet with nicotine solution.  The tube is called the atomizing chamber.  As the air flows past the pad with the solution on it, the solution turns into a vapor that can then be inhaled.  That vapor travels through the device and into the lungs of the smoker.

Choosing the Best Electronic Cigarette

There are a few other factors that also go into determining which is the best electronic cigarette.  Choosing an electronic cigarette to buy does require you to know one important term.  The vapor volume is the thickness of the vapor.  The thicker it is, the more it resembles real cigarette smoke.  Cheap brands do not have a high vapor volume because their devices are made very poorly. 

They also do not usually look very much like a standard cigarette, often resembling a piece of plastic instead.  Part of the authentic smoking experience is being able to convince yourself that you are actually smoking a cigarette, and this is completely blown if you do not have a device that mimics a real cigarette closely enough.
